During the past decade, the concept of resilience has become a key approach in the field of sustainable development and especially when we are talking about how to face the consequences of climate change and/or conflict. Sometimes it is used as a buzzword to get funding and often we might not even know what is behind this concept.
So, we will start unpacking the meaning of resilience to be able to coherently integrate this approach in our sustainable development projects. But, considering the shrinking spaces for civil society, it is very important to think about resilient organizations.
