Now we are going to ask you to think about 

• Which of the 7 essential elements of an organisation have we focused on so far in terms of capacity building, quality assessment, etc. of partners?
• What has been effective and sustainable?
• What has not (yet) had an impact?
• What aspects of these 7 essential elements should be strengthened?

You will find prepared cards for the groups working in the morning (GS Germany).

Participants from the regions were invited to integrate their contributions in the corresponding cards of their region and/or open a new card indicating the sub-region and/or country.
